* ebrowse.c, emacsclient.c, fakemail.c, make-docfile.c, movemail.c:
* profile.c, test-distrib.c, update-game-score.c:
Declare non-'main' functions and variables to be static.
* ebrowse.c: Omit redundant function prototypes.
